1. Introduction
Welcome to Dateposit, a mutual commitment protocol owned and operated by Barron Sovereign Capital LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, escrow mechanics, and behavioral enforcement engine.
2. The Protocol & Escrow Mechanics
Dateposit facilitates mutual financial stakes to secure real-world commitments.
- Authorization Holds: Upon accepting an invite, a temporary authorization hold equal to the agreed stake is placed on your payment method.
- Successful Fulfillment: If both counterparties successfully verify their GPS location at the designated venue within the 15-minute grace period, all financial holds are immediately released.
- Cancellations: Commitments canceled with more than 4 hours' notice result in a clean release of holds. Cancellations within the 4-hour window are considered a protocol violation and result in forfeiture of the stake.
- Settlement & Payouts (T+7): If a counterparty fails to arrive (a "No-Show") or cancels within the restricted window, their authorized stake is captured. Captured funds are credited to the prevailing party's pending ledger and are subject to a mandatory T+7 (seven day) clearing period before they can be utilized or withdrawn.
3. Behavioral Enforcement & Penalties
To protect network integrity, Dateposit utilizes a strict Reliability Score algorithm. All new users begin with a score of 100.
- Deductions: A failure to fulfill a locked commitment (No-Show or Late Cancellation) results in a permanent 10-point deduction from your Reliability Score.
- Administrative Hold (80%): If your Reliability Score falls to 80, your account will be immediately suspended, restricting your ability to create or accept new invites. To restore network access, you must remit a mandatory, non-refundable $50.00 USD Administrative Reactivation Fee.
- Permanent Ban (60%): If your Reliability Score falls to 60 or below, your account is permanently deactivated. All pending escrow holds are voided, and you are banned from the Dateposit protocol. This decision is final.
4. SMS & Mobile Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our platform, you expressly consent to receive automated transactional and account-related text messages from Dateposit. These messages are critical to the execution of escrowed commitments and platform security.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". Upon sending "STOP", we will send a single reply confirming your unsubscribe status.
- Help & Support: Reply with "HELP" for assistance, or contact our compliance team.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your platform activity.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Barron Sovereign Capital LLC's legal headquarters.
