Dateposit, a platform owned and operated by Barron Sovereign Capital LLC, collects the minimal necessary data to execute mutual commitment holds and verify network integrity.
- Identity & Contact Data: Names, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses utilized for account creation and transactional notifications.
- Financial Data: We utilize Stripe to process all transactions and authorization holds. Dateposit does not store your full credit card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
- Location Data: We request temporary access to your device's GPS coordinates exclusively at the time of your scheduled commitment to verify venue arrival and release the escrow holds. Location data is not continuously tracked.
2. SMS Data and Consent Security
We deeply respect your privacy and the security of your communication channels. We maintain a strict policy regarding your mobile data:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent metrics are kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, or distributed to any third parties under any circumstances.
3. Platform Integrity & Ledger Audits
To maintain the security of our behavioral enforcement engine, we log all platform actions, including successful arrivals, no-shows, late cancellations, and administrative fee remittances. This ledger data is used strictly for internal protocol enforcement (e.g., Reliability Score calculation) and dispute resolution.
4. Data Retention
We retain transactional data, compliance logs, and ledger histories only as long as necessary to clear escrowed holds, maintain our institutional ledger for tax and regulatory purposes, and enforce protocol bans.
